Help with the KB menu interface
The menu interface for the Knowledge Base lists topics important to computing at Indiana University and reflects questions frequently asked at the UITS Support Center. When you click a topic, you see lists of KB documents within each topic, grouped by subtopic.
If you don't find what you're looking for, search the Knowledge
Base using the search box at the top of each page. For example, if you
enter windows 7 wireless in the search box above, you
search a list of all the documents in the KB related to making a
wireless connection at IU in Windows 7.
The menu interface to the Knowledge Base lists only the introductory texts about each topic. You can access all KB content, however, by doing a search. For more, see Knowledge Base search help.
