Note: On October 29, 2009, UITS began migrating undergraduate student accounts from the IU Webmail (Cyrus) system to the Google-sponsored Umail system. For more, see About the automatic email account migration from IU Webmail (Cyrus) to Umail.

Following are the default disk quotas for UITS accounts:

**With sponsorship from an instructor or full-time staff member, students may request an Exchange account. See At IU, what are Exchange accounts, and how do I get one?

***Your Big Red, Quarry, and RDC home directory disk space is shared by any accounts you have on those systems. For more, see At IU, how much disk space is available to me on the research systems?

****This is the quota for individual accounts. Collaborators can request additional space for projects.

Quota increases are not normally available in the Exchange 2007 environment.

In some cases, if your needs are unusual, it may be possible to make special arrangements for additional space. Email  valid@indiana.edu  or  actadmin@iupui.edu  with the details of your situation to request these arrangements.

For more, see At IU, can I request a quota increase for my Outlook or Exchange email account?

Oncourse CL
