When accessing voice mail through Entourage, why do I only hear the first few seconds of my messages?

When accessing your Unified Messaging Service (UMS) voice mail messages through Entourage, if you only hear the first few seconds of each message, you have probably set up Entourage to partially download attachments.

To listen to the entire message, click Get entire message in the message bar just below the attachment.

To change your Entourage settings so that it will completely download your attachments:

1. In the Tools menu, select Accounts.
   
   
2. In the Accounts window, double-click the name of the email account you want to change. For UMS, this will be your IU Exchange account.
   
   
3. Click Options, and under "Downloading mail", select Receive complete messages.
