When forwarding a voice mail message in UMS, what should I do if I receive an error message?
When forwarding a voice mail message in UMS, you may receive the following error message:
"The Operation Failed. An Object could not be found."
In such cases, you must clear the form cache in Outlook. The location of the form cache depends on the version of Microsoft Outlook you are using. To clear it, follow these steps:
- In Outlook, from the
Toolsmenu, selectOptions....
- Click
Other, and then do whichever of the following is available to you:
- Click
Advanced Options..., thenCustom Forms..., thenManage Forms..., and thenClear Cache. - Click
Forms..., and thenClear Cache.
