Information about IT Training & Education training facilities

IT Training & Education maintains two training rooms on both the Bloomington and Indianapolis campuses. Maps and directions for the Bloomington campus and maps and directions for the Indianapolis campus are available online.

All training rooms are equipped with computers for class participants and a matching instructor station with a ceiling-mounted LCD projector. The numbers of computers (and participant capacity) in specific classrooms are as follows:

Each computer has the following specifications:

Hardware
  • Intel Dual-Core CPU or better
  • 2GB or more RAM
  • Internet access
  • CD-ROM or DVD/CD-RW combo drive
  • 17" flat-panel monitor
Software
  • Microsoft Windows Vista Enterprise
  • Current Student Technology Center (STC) Windows applications
