Why am I having trouble logging into Oncourse CL?
If you have trouble logging into Oncourse CL, consult the following list of possible reasons:
- Your Central Authentication Service (CAS) login may be
stale. This can happen if you click your browser's Back button while
in Oncourse CL. To resolve this issue, close and reopen your browser.
- You may not have an Active Directory Services (ADS)
account. To check for an ADS account, see How can I find out which UITS computing accounts I have? To create one, see At IU, how do I create an ADS Domain account?
- If you are using a Guest account, but are not listed in an Oncourse CL course roster, you may be able to log into CAS but still not be able to access Oncourse CL. Ask your course instructor to verify that you're listed correctly on the roster. For more information, see Using Oncourse CL, how do I add, edit, or remove participants?
If you are still unable to access Oncourse CL, contact your campus Support Center for assistance.
