In the Knowledge Base, what are archived documents?
Archived Knowledge Base documents are ones for which the information is wrong, out of date, or no longer useful to those at Indiana University. For example, documents about extinct IU systems such as the Shakespeare systems are archived. In addition, some documents are archived because they contain generic information that is easily available from other sources (for example, information about various national and international information technology organizations).
Archived documents will appear with the word "ARCHIVED:" before the
document title. Archived documents are excluded from Knowledge Base
searches by default. If you'd like to see archived documents, click
the Include archived documents checkbox before you submit
your Knowledge Base search.
