Where can I find my IU pay advice and W-2 form online?

As an Indiana University employee, you can find your pay advice and other direct deposit information by using the Employee Center in OneStart. If you consent, you can receive your Wage and Tax Statement (W-2) form in the same way. To access your pay advice, direct deposit information, and W-2 form:

  1. Log into OneStart with your Network ID credentials at: https://onestart.iu.edu/
  2. From the Services tab, on the left, click Employee Center.

    • Under "Payroll Information":

      • After "Direct Deposit Set-Up", your direct deposit account information is displayed; to edit this, click edit.

      • After "Current Paycheck", your most current pay advice is displayed. Click view to display previous pay advices. To print any pay advice, use your browser's print function.

    • Under "Tax Information", you can view a summary of your tax information. Click W-2 Home to go to the Financial Management Services "W-2 Electronic Consent and Retrieval" page, where you can find information about and register for the online W-2 service.

For further documentation about pay advices and direct deposit, click Employee Self Service Documentation on the Payroll page.

For questions concerning payroll self-service, contact your department's payroll staff, or complete the FMS Support Form.
