In Outlook Express 5 or 6 and Windows Mail 7 for Windows, how do I import saved messages?

To import saved messages into an Outlook Express 5 or 6 or Windows Mail 7 account:

1. From the File menu, select Import, and then click Messages... .
   
   
2. In the dialog box that appears, select either Microsoft Windows Mail 7, Microsoft Outlook Express 6, or Microsoft Outlook Express 5. Click Next.
   
   
3. In Outlook Express, click either Import mail from an OE5 store directory or Import mail from an OE6 store directory, and then click OK. In Windows Mail, click OK.
   
   
4. Click Browse... and locate the folder that contains the saved messages. Click OK, and then click Next.
   
   
5. Select All folders, click Next, and then click Finish.
