For IT Training Online's self-study courses, how do I get technical help?

For technical help with IT Training Online self-study courses (SkillSoft and Microsoft Desktop eLearning courses), contact your campus Support Center.

Additionally, you can get technical help directly from the vendors:

  • SkillSoft: Online, visit the SkillSoft Customer Support page. Click Customer Support SkillSoft to search for solutions, test your browser, create a support ticket, or access real-time assistance using SkillSoft's Live Help. By phone, call 866-754-5435 or 506-462-6612.

  • Microsoft: Call 800-636-7544 or 888-456-7077.

Note: SkillSoft Learning purchased the company that produced the NETg (National Education Training Group) series of eLearning courses previously offered through IT Training & Education.
