On my LISTSERV list, why can't I unsubscribe someone?

You may experience problems when trying to unsubscribe email addresses from LISTSERV lists if the addresses use the X.400 and X.500 addressing schemes. For more information and instructions for working around this problem, see section 4.1.2, "X.400 and X.500 addressing--Special Problems", in L-Soft International's List Owner's Manual for LISTSERV.
