At IU, whom can I call for departmental support?

For departmental support, contact your department's local support provider (LSP).

Note: UITS does not offer after-hours support for departments.

If you do not have an LSP, you can call the UITS Support Center at 812-855-6789, or email  ithelp@iu.edu . When emailing about a problem, be sure to provide as much detail as possible, including the date and time the problem occurred, the system you are using, the full text of any error messages, and the context in which the problem occurred.

Note: The following information is intended for registered local support providers (LSPs) at Indiana University. If you are an LSP and have questions regarding the information in this document, contact LSP Services at  lsps@iu.edu ; otherwise, contact your campus Support Center.

For Windows server and Active Directory Services (ADS) problems, registered LSPs can email LSP Services at  lsps@iu.edu .
