In a UITS STC or RTC, how do I report a problem?

At Indiana University Bloomington

Student Technology Centers

To report a problem in an IUB Student Technology Center (STC), notify the consultant on duty. If no consultant is on duty, you can call an STC consultant at 812-855-3802 (from on campus, 5-3802). STC consultants are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Residential Technology Centers

To report a problem with an IUB Residential Technology Center (RTC) computer or device, notify the consultant on duty. If no consultant is on duty, you can call 812-855-RITS (7487; from on campus 5-7487) day or night. You can also call the STC consultants at 812-855-3802 (from on campus, 5-3802) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To report a problem with your personal computer or with printing to an RTC printer from your personal computer, call the UITS Support Center in Bloomington at 812-855-6789 (from on campus, 5-6789).

At IUPUI

Report any problems you have in an IUPUI STC to the consultant on duty. If no consultant is on duty, contact your local support provider (LSP).
