Indianapolis

The UITS Support Center services and hours in Indianapolis are:

  • ITHelpLive (live chat with a consultant): Service available Monday-Friday 8am-9pm at: https://ithelplive.iu.edu/ Be ready to supply your IU Network ID username and passphrase. For more, see At IU, what is ITHelpLive?

  • Phone support: 317-274-4357, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

    After-hours assistance is limited, so if your problem cannot be resolved, a Support Center consultant will research the situation and return your call the next business day.

  • Walk-in support: The UITS Support Center in IT 129 is open Monday-Thursday 8am-9pm, Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 9am-3pm, and Sunday noon-4pm. On weekdays when classes are not in session, the Support Center is open 8am-5pm. The Support Center closes for some holidays, on Saturdays and Sundays when classes are not in session, and on Saturdays and Sundays of holiday weekends.
