How do I print PostScript files without a PostScript printer?

If you must print or display a PostScript file on a printer or device that cannot interpret PostScript, use a third-party interpreter such as GhostScript. The current version for many operating systems is available from the Ghostscript home page.

Ghostscript is also available on Quarry at Indiana University. To use it, enter the following, replacing filename with the name of the file you would like to print or view:

gs filename
